Perimeter Company Driver Requirements: 

If you meet our company driver requirements below, Richard Russell would like to hear from you to discuss putting money in your pocket.

• Must have 1 year verifiable over the road (OTR) experience
• At least 21 years old 
• Valid Class (A) CDL
• Pass DOT physical and drug test
• Stable Work History
• No more than 2 moving violations in last 3 years
• No felony convictions involving the use of a motor vehicle
• No drug offense felony convictions
• No DUI or DWI convictions in last 5 years 
• No more than 1 preventable accident in the last 3 years
• Must live within a 75 mile tri-state radius of Memphis, Tennessee

Perimeter Driver Pay Scale

START PAY                              $0.40 CENTS

After 90 Day Probation      $0.41 CENTS

Over 1 Year                             $0.42 CENTS

Over 2 Years                           $0.43 CENTS
